论高职综合职业能力的培养

综合职业能力的培养是高等职业教育发展的必然要求。通过分析综合素质与关键能力的内涵,提出综合职业能力应该是综合素质与关键能力的融合,并以此为基础界定高职综合职业能力的内涵,提出高职综合职业能力培养的途径,指出高职综合职业能力培养过程中存在的问题及改进措施。

A Study on the Cultivation of Comprehensive Vocational Abilities in Higher Vocational Education

The cultivation of comprehensive vocational abilities have become an inevitable trend for the development of higher vocational education. Through the analysis of the connotation of comprehensive qualities and key capabilities, the paper suggests that comprehensive vocational abilities are considered as the combination between comprehensive qualities and key capabilities. On the basis of the theoretical framework, it defines the connotation of comprehensive vocational abilities of higher vocational education. It also proposes the approaches of cultivating the comprehensive vocational abilities. Furthermore, the paper points out the existed problems during the process of developing the comprehensive vocational abilities and some measurements are taken into consideration to improve the current situation.
