GA731型挠性剑杆织机送经机构的张力调节分析和测试

摘    要:在理论分析的基础之上,给出了GA731织机送经机构半径调节和张力调节所分担的送经比例,讨论了近用送经机构张力调节的一般工艺要求。然后分析了GA731织机张力调节特性,利用计算机数据采集系统对该机织造牛仔布的送经张力调节动态特性进行了测量。该机的张力调节采用了缓冲弹簧,有利于送经量的稳定调节;送经无级变速器盘片间距只有在较为稳定的经纱张力信号连续作用下才能发生改变,可以在一定程度上滤掉了高频经纱张力信号对送经产生的不良影响。但该张力调节有一定的迟缓性,会造成一定的经纱张力积累,使送经量出现较大的波动。并指出该机送经量调节的优化在于改进送经机构的结构尺寸,加大半径调节的送经比例,尽可能地降低张力调节的送经比例。

Abstract:he proportions of warp letted off by radius adjustment(R-adjustment) and tension adjustment(T-adjustment)of let-off mechanism of GA731 Loom were pointed out,the general technology requirements of T-adjustment of common let-off motion were discussed. The perfomance of T-adjustment of GA731 Loom was deedly investigated,measurements of T-adjustment of GA731 Loom weaving Denim were conducted by means of computer data collectins system.Conclusions are that the cushining springs used in T-adjustment of GA731 Loom may be helpful to steady adjustment of letted warp,the distance between 2 disks of stepless speed change device for let-off can only be changed by continuous action of steady warp tension, so that the bad effect to let-off by the warp tension with high frequency can ho filtered in certain degree.The T-adjustment of this Loom has some sluggishness,this results in the accumulation of warp tension and causes the fluctuations of letted warp. To optimize the adjustment of let-off, the portion of letted warp by Radjustment must be increased, and the potion by T-adjustment must be reduced, the solution for this is to improve the struction dimension of let-off mechanism.
