| 摘 要： | 青海东部河湟区是青海省内水土流失的典型区。合理利用水土资源，保持水土，防治水土流失，不仅是当前水土资源利用、规划和管理中的基本要求，也是未来西部开发战略实施及可持续发展的根本。本文就河湟区水土资源的特点和问题作了分析，提出了水土流失治理的对策。

| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the characteristics and problems on water and soil resources in Hehuang Region in eastern Qinghai,where is one of typical water and soil erosion regions,meanwhile,some countermeasures are put forward to.It is the essential request to make good use of water and soil resources and to control the water and soil erosion,not only for present utilization,planning and management of water and soil resources,but also for implementation of the West Development Strategy and sustainable development. |
