| 摘 要： | 以噻吩 2 甲醛为原料 ,用Wolff Kishner 黄鸣龙反应将其还原为 2 甲基噻吩 ,再经酰化、溴仿反应制得 5 甲基噻吩 2 羧酸 ,最后经碱性高锰酸钾氧化制得噻吩 2 ,5 二羧酸 ,其IR、MS、1 H NMR谱图与结构相符 ,四步反应总收率为2 4 4 % .

| Abstract: | Using commercially available 2 thiophenecarboxaldehyde as starting material,2,5 thiophenedicarboxylic acid was prepared by Wolff Kishner Huang Minglong reaction,acetylation,bromoform reaction and oxidation in the overall yield of 24 4%,and its structure was confirmed with IR,ESI MS and ~1H\|NMR spectra. |
