| Abstract: | This paper presents a fast and flexible algorithm for the load flow calculation of a two-terminal DC transmission system with due consideration of various control requirements. Some intermediate variables with a limited range of values are given to simplify the equations for the DC system and to make the solutions reasonable and feasible. Numerical examples show that the algorithm is useful for practical purposes. |
