Due to the expansion of colleges and universities,there comes a sharp increase in graduates' numbers,which results in the increasing pressure foe the students to get employed.Meanwhile,the negative effects of the society make this phenomenon of unreliability into college campus.There appears graduates' integrity crisis in the job market,which is sure to produce serious effects.Finally,the author analyzes the present situation and causes of this phenomenon and raises the countermeasures.
