摘    要:采用断面显微术方法,在透射电镜中观察了真空蒸发淀积Gd-Fe非晶薄膜的显微结构特征;用薄膜磁性交流回线仪研究了Gd-Fe薄膜的磁性能;讨论了显微结构与磁的各向异性关系。

Abstract:Using microfractography techniques and transmission electron microscopy (TEM), we examined the microstructures of amorphous Gd-Fe films made by vacuum evaporation. All of the films exhibit an anisotropic microstructure composed of columnar regions surrounded by a low density network. We investigated the magnetism of the thin films and the relation between the magnetism and the microstructure. All of the films possess an easy axis of magnatization in the film plane.
