中西方人本管理思想的形成脉络及异同

摘    要:西方人本管理思想主要源于工业革命所带来的资本主义飞速发展的工厂管理实践,是建立在“经济人”到“社会人”假设基础上的治身术,反对工厂管理实践中以物为中心、把人当“物”的物本位;而中国人本管理思想的形成和发展主要来源于建国兴邦的革命实践,是承认人的工具理性和价值理性相结合的治国术,反对统治阶级、领导干部工作中的官僚主义、命令主义、形式主义的官本位。不管是西方所言的个人目标与组织目标相结合,还是中方倡导的人的工具理性和价值理性相结合,它们的异曲同工之处在于,都认为当生产力发展到一定水平之后,只有坚持一切依靠人、一切为了人的原则才能使组织的效益实现最大化。

Abstract:The notion of western humanistic management is mainly rooted in plant management practices in the rap- idly developed capitalism brought about by the industrial revolution. It is a management method based on the as- sumption of "economic man" to "social man", and opposes material -centeredness in plant management; Chinese humanistic management notion is formed and evolved mainly from revolutionary practice, and is a statecraft that rec- ognizes man's instrumental and value rationality. It opposes the bureaucracy, the authoritarianism and the formalism of ruling classes and leading cadres. West initiates to combine with personal goals and group goals, while China prefers integrating instrumental rationality into value rationality. Both of them believe that when the productive forces develops onto a certain level, only relying on man can the efficiency of group be maximized.
