| 摘 要： | 医学院校实验室建设是医学人才培养、学科建设及科学研究的需要,也是保障实验教学水平,提高教学质量的先决条件。本文分析了青海大学医学院实验室建设面临的困境,提出了加强医学实验室管理及技术队伍建设的对策。

| Abstract: | Laboratory capacity building for a medical college is a necessary factor in talent training, discipline development and scientific research,and prerequisite to ensure the level and quality of laboratory teaching. This article analyses the difficult context that the laboratory capacity building is confronting in the Medical College of Qinghai University and proposes a countermeasure to strengthen the laboratory management and technical capacity building. |
