末端硫醇化聚乙二醇分子自组装膜及复合膜的表面形态研究

摘    要:利用AFM技术研究了聚丙烯酸在末端硫醇化的聚乙二醇分子自组装膜表面形成复合膜的表面形态及影响因素,发现溶液浓度和离子强度对复合膜的表面形态及粗糙度有较大影响。

Abstract:The morphology of self|assembled monolayers of mercapto methoxy poly(ethylene glycol) (MPEG) and its complex film with poly(acrylic acid) were investigated with atomic force microscopy.The roughness of the complex film was affected by the concentration and the ionic strength of PAA solution,and some rougher complex film were formed in a solution with high concentration of PAA and stronger ionic strength.
