膏霜类化妆品的预处理及多种微量元素的测定

摘    要:用HNO3 H2 SO4 HClO4消化法、HNO3 H2 SO4消化法、(HNO3 HClO4)混合酸 H2 SO4消化法三种预处理方法处理膏霜类化妆品样品 ,并以ICP AES法直接测定样品中铜、铬、镉、锰、锌、铅的含量 .结果显示 ,采用 (HNO3 HClO4)混合酸 H2 SO4消化法预处理样品 ,能够得到较好的效果 ,测定方法加标回收率为 93 6 % - 1 0 3 8% ,1 0次测定的RSD (n =1 0 )小于4 89% ,方法操作方便 ,分析速度快 ,结果准确

Abstract:A sample of cream cosmetic was pretreated with three different digestion methods for comparison.namely,HNO 3-H 2SO 4-HClO 4 digestion,HNO 3-H 2SO 4 digestion,and mixed(HNO 3 HClO 4)-H 2SO 4 digestion,with its Cu,Cr,Cd,Mn,Zn and Pb concentrations determined directly by ICP-AES.It has been found that the best pretreatment method is the mixed (HNO 3 HClO 4)-H 2SO 4 digestion,with its indexed recovery rate at 93 6%-103 8% and its relative standard deviation (RSD) for 10 times lower than 4 89%.The method is rapid,accurate and easy to operate.
