| 摘 要： | 随着工程建设的迅猛发展,工程建设过程中的违规现象越来越多,也越来越集中.针对违规分包、转包给工程建设管理带来很大难度,给工程质量留下隐患,并给国家造成很大经济损失等问题,根据工程违规分包、转包的特点,提出了加强分包、转包管理的思路与建议.

| Abstract: | Along with the rapid development ot me engmeering course of the engineering construction are more and more, and also are more and more concentrated. In the light of the problems that the sub-contract violating the regulations brings about big difficulty to the management of the engineering construction, leaves incipient faults to the engineering quality, and causes very serious economic losses for the state, etc., and according to the features of the engineering sub-contract violating the regulations, this paper puts forward some ideas and suggestions for strengthening the management of the sub-contract. |
