摘    要:采用3.5—Q二甲苯酚为显色剂分光光度法测定果胶含量。并对其吸收曲线、蔗糖、果糖的干垅、酸度、显色时间、氯化钠用量等作了详细的试验。并与咔唑分光光度法进行了比较。同时对南瓜等样品中果胶含量进行了测定

Abstract:A colorimetric reagent,3.5-dimethylqhenol. is used for spec-rophotometric determination of paction of pectic substances. The absorp-on spectra, reaction conditions, and interference from sucrose and fruct-se were investigatigated and optimized experimentally. The comparison of 3. 5-dimethylphenol with carbazole method and sample analysis of pumpkin fruits were satisfyingl) demonstrated.
