| 摘 要： | 我国新建本科院校在当前日益激烈的高校竞争中尚处于相对劣势地位。恰当地运用比较优势理论,实施比较优势战略是新建本科院校提升竞争力的关键。新建本科院校实施比较优势战略需以资源为依托,以需求为导向,实行差异化和目标集聚化发展。

| Abstract: | Newly-established universities are at a disadvantage in the current increasingly fierce competitions between higher-education institutions.Felicitous Application of comparative advantage theory and implementation of comparative advantage strategy is the key for newly-established universities to improve their competitiveness.Their comparative advantage strategies should be resources-based,demand-oriented,and difference-and target-agglomeration-concentrated. |
