| 摘 要： | 文献[1]讨论了3个“世界上数学家还没有解决的难题,即所谓世界难题”中的第二个问题,本文给出了在无需限制(b,3)=1的一般条件下使得(q|c1,c2…ch)的一个充要条件(c1c2…ch为循环小数的循环节),并且推广和证明了第二个问题与文献[1]中的部分结果.

| Abstract: | The second problem of the three unsolved problems by mathematicians in mathemacics were discussed in the paper [1],this paper has improved some conditions about(b,3)=1 in the paper [1],and obtained the necessary and sufficient condition for 9|c_1…c_h(recurring period),generalized and proved the results of the second problem and the paper [1]. |
