摘    要:用冷压烧结法制造了二硼化钛惰性阴极,研究了MoSi2对二硼化钛惰性阴极烧结性能的影响,得到致密的TiB2基惰性阴极试样·在电解实验后,通过对二硼化钛阴极的表面和剖面的电子显微分析,发现铝液对此种惰性阴极的湿润性好于电解质对惰性阴极的湿润性,避免了电解质与阴极表面的直接接触·发现惰性阴极的腐蚀为电解质对阴极晶界的腐蚀·测得腐蚀速度为2-53mm/a,证明其耐蚀性能良好

Abstract:The titanium diboride inert cathode was made by means of the cold pressing and sintering process. Full density TiB 2 inert cathode samples were produced successfully due to the improvement in sintering features by the MoSi 2 addition.It is found that liquid aluminium can wet the TiB 2 inert cathode much better than the molten electrolyte by means of electronic microscopic analyses, so that the cathode can avoid the direct contact with the molten electrolyte. It is also found that the corrosion of the TiB 2 inert cathode is due to the reaction of molten electrolyte at the grain boundaries of the cathode. The corrosion rate of the cathode was measured by experiments as 2 53?mm per year i.e. very good corrosion resistance.
