| 摘 要： | 综合考虑信用担保机构的盈利能力、风险承受能力和信用能力,采用DEA效率评价方法对东北某省担保协会的信用担保综合运行效率(技术效率、规模效率)以及投入冗余和产出不足情况进行了实证分析.结果表明:大部分信用担保处于综合运行无效状态;信用担保的技术效率均高于综合运行效率但没有达到纯技术效率;信用担保利用现有经营管理技术的能力较强,能在减少投入的同时提高产出水平;大部分信用担保处在规模不经济状态,存在产出不足和投入冗余的情况.说明合理的后续投入和相匹配的产出,才能发挥信用担保的效用.
