| 摘 要： | 根据装备具有多任务系统的特点,本文建立了多任务剖面下平均故障间隔时间(MTBF)的评估数学模型,研究了利用现场试验数据进行多任务剖面下的MTBF的点估计和区间评估的一般方法,并给出了计算示例,该方法提高了评估的精度。 |

| Abstract: | Based on the characteristics of multi-mission profiles for weapon materials, the estimation math model for Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF) under multi-mission profiles is built. Research on the general methods of estimation methods and interval estimation using fields reliability data. The calculation example is given. The methods improve estimation precision. |
