| 摘 要： | 本文通过对比法探讨了英汉两种语言中色彩词的差异，说明由于语言习惯、历史背景、传统风俗等方面的差异，表示颜色的方法和用词有很多不同，对同一颜色的理解也有很大差别。因此，了解并掌握这此颜色词及所构成词汇的差异，对中外文化交流及翻译实践研究有一定的实际意义。

| Abstract: | This paper discusses the differences of colour words between English and Chinese by means of contrast,indicating that due to different language habits,historic background,traditional customs and so on,there are many differences in the use of colours and colour words as well as in the understanding and mastering of the same colour.Therefore,it is practically useful to know and study the differences,thus promoting the cultural communication and translation practice. |
