| 摘 要： | 为了保证产品质量和临床疗效的稳定,采用薄层层析法对蒙成药乌得吧拉-8胶囊剂中的沙棘、蓝盆花、栀子、甘草进行了鉴别研究.选出每味药的薄层层析各项条件.结果特征斑点清晰,重现性好,方法简便.为该成药质量控制研究提供了参考依据.

| Abstract: | TLC method was used to identify Fructus Hippophae,Flos Scabiosae,Fructus Gardeniae,Radix Glycyrrhizae in traditional Mongolian patent medicine Odbla-8 capsule,in case to ensure the quality of the drug and the stability of the clinical effect of the drug.The TLC conditions of each drug were chosen.The method was easy to operate and spots of thin-layer chromatograph were clear and the reappearance of the experiment was good.It provided a reference for the quality control of the drug. |
