现场总线在大型粮库熏蒸过程中应用

摘    要:通过对储粮熏蒸过程特点及影响磷化氢熏蒸浓度对熏蒸杀虫的因素的分析,提出了基于现场总线技术的多仓磷化氢(PH3)浓度在线检测方案,阐述了系统的组成及软硬件设计实现方法。实际表明,该系统能有效地解决储粮熏蒸过程害虫抗性问题及常规熏蒸方法处理无效问题。

Abstract:Through the process of National Grain Reserves depots fuming characteristics and impact of pH3 concentration fuming pest control,this paper has presented the multi-site warehouse pH3 concentrations online measuring systems based on fieldbus technology,introduced the system composition,software and hardware design and realization.The system can effectively solve depots fuming process pest resistance and conventional methods of dealing with invalid fuming.
