波普尔的科学哲学及其对法学研究方法的启示

Popper's scientific philosophy and its revelation for the research methods on jurisprudence

Popper＇s scientific philosophy plays a transitional role in the evolution of the western scientific socialist ideo- logical trend. In his early philosophy, Popper holds the thought of empiricism. However, Popper shifted his ideas from empirical to rational criticism, and opened a new situation of western philosophy. Popper＇s ideas including ＂science be- gins with the problem＂, ＂falsificationism＂, ＂guess and refute＂, are instructive not only in philosophy of science itself, but also for law and other social science research has implications. Attaching great importance to the problems and situa- tion, falsificationism, guess and rebut criticism,all of these methods have broad use in the study of law.
