| 摘 要： | 本文回顾了十几年里新升本科工科类院校的办学定位与人才培养目标的讨论过程，分析了曾经出现的办学定位的模糊与人才培养目标的困惑等问题，总结了近年来各高校取得的初步经验，认为新升本科院校的地位实际上介于传统本科与职业技术学院之间，并以应用型人才为培养目标。

| Abstract: | The discussion process for school - running orientation and talent training goal of newly - promoted undergraduate uni- versifies of engineering over ten years is reviewed. The fuzzy school - running orientation and confused goal of talent training, which have ever emerged, are analyzed and the preliminary experience of colleges and universities in recent years is summa- rized. It is showed that the status of newly - promoted undergraduate universities is between traditional universities and vocational technology colleges, and they take applied talents as their training goal. |
