萨乔万尼学校道德领导理论之中国适应性批判

摘    要:2002年以来,美国教育管理学者萨乔万尼的道德领导理论开始传入中国,国内学者竞相传播,并视之为解决学校领导困境的良药。但是,道德领导理论的文化内核与中国传统文化内核无契合性,而且中国的道德困境使道德领导理论无法扎根立足,最重要的是,道德领导理论不能满足和适应中国教育管理实践需要。基于以上认识,萨氏的道德领导理论在中国没有适应性。

Abstract:Since the year of 2002 School Moral Leadership theory put forward by American education administration scholar Thomas J.Sergiovanni has been introduced into china and quickly spreaded among Chinese scholars and it has been taken as a lever to solve the problems of school leadership.However,the cultural spirit of School Moral Leadership theory is not identical with that of China,and School Moral Leadership theory can not root due to the nowadays' dilemma of morality in China,the last but not the least,this theory can not cater to the needs of china education administration.On this basis we can get the conclusion that School Moral Leadership theory is not adaptive to China.
