摘    要:光学相干层析技术(Optical Coherence Tomography,简称OCT)是一种新型的成像技术,它能对高散射介质如生物组织实施非侵入性的快速成像。本文将OT技术的光程匹配原理用于生物组织折射率的测量,通过分析其测量原理-追踪寻找样品臂端物镜的焦点,得到了同时测量生物组织折射率和相应层厚度的表达式。

Abstract:Optical Coherence Tomography (OCT) technique based on optical reflectance measurement of low coherence is a novel imaging technique that performs noninvasive, high resolution and fast imaging of highly scattering media such as bilogical tissue. The expressions of the refractive indices of multiple layer bio tissues and the corresponding layer thickness as functions of the measurement parameters are obtained by analyzing the principle of measurement-tracing of focus at the sample arm.
