| 摘 要： | 在实践的基础上提出了基于Web的集成化信息系统的概念，分析了系统组成，并从企业应用的角度将其划分为Web基知识管理、Web基全球商务及Web基全球制造3大应用系统，最后阐述了提出基于Web的集成化信息系统的重要理论及实践意义，它为21世纪初的CIMS指明了新的发展方向并提供了新的内涵。

| Abstract: | The Web based Information System in a creative way reviews the development of the Information System of the enterprise in 20th century and analyzes the survival environment of the enterprise in 21st century. The system is defined,its characteristic is expounded its composition, architecture and its application system are analyzed, which includes Web based Globe Manufacturing System, Web based Globe Business System.Finally, its signficance is expounded. |
