从农业生态观点对黑龙港地区农业发展后劲的探讨

本文以农业生态观点,分析了本区存在的耕地减少、水资源超采、环境污染、土壤瘠薄、能源短缺、农业结构单一等生态问题。提出了保护耕地、科学用水、增加投入、控制污染、确立大农业战略等改善环境,增强农业后劲的措施。

APPROACHING THE OF AGRICULTURAL RESERVE STRENGTH DEVELOPMENT IN HEILONGGANG REGION OF HEBEI PROVINCE FROM THE VIEWPOINT OF AGROECOLOGY

A series of ecological problems, such as the reduction of cultivated land, the overexploitation of water resources, the environmental pollution, the soil fertility degradation, the energy source deficiency and the single agricultural structure, are analyzed from the viewpoint of agroecology. Some countermeasures are proposed for improving the enviroment and enhancing the reserve strength of agriculture, among which are protecting cultivated land, using water scientifically, increasing input, controlling pollution, setting the strategy of megaagriculture, etc.
