In this article,the belief of scientific research in America is interpreted the result of historical construction in the society.The course of construction has passed through four periods in turn;that's,one belief dominating,two poles confronting each other,three members disputing and multi-beliefs integrally balanceable developing.The construction process is not only impacted by scientific factor,but also by non-scientific ingredient.In fact,the construction is closely contacted with the cognition about the relation of science,technology and engineering.
