基于资源模型和特征模型的创成式CAPP系统的研究

摘    要:目前CAPP技术已进入实用化的创成式CAP系统的研究与开发阶段,本文分析了传统CAP系统结构的缺点,提出了决策数据和决策机制相分离的系统结构,解决了CAP系统的通用性问题;通过对制造资源和零件信息进行研究,建立了规范化的制造资源模型和基于特征的零件信息模型,并研究了基于这两个模型的创成式CAPP系统的工作原理,为通用化、实用化的创成式CAP系统的开发提供有益的指导。

Abstract:At present, CAPP technology has reached the stage where the practical and automatic CAPP system has begun to be studied and developed. In this paper, the structure of traditional CAPP system is analyzed, the structure is put forward of separating the decision-making data from the decision-making module, and the flexibility of CAPP is improved. By means of doing research work in resource model spare parts information, we establish the standardized resource model and the feature-based spare parts information model, and the principle of the CAPP system based on these two models, thus being instructive beneficial to the development of a general, practical auntomatic CAPP system.
