多组份混合物的紫外光谱法计算分析

摘    要:本文研究了多组份混合物的紫外光谱矩阵计算分析法。考虑了分子间相互作用和其它引起偏离Beer定律因素的影响,在计算矩阵中引入非零截距校正项后,对苯酚、愈疮本酚、对甲酚及邻甲酚混合物进行了同时测定,获得了较为满意的结果。并对测定波长选择及矩阵计算的误差进行了探讨。苯酚及其同系物是有机化工、炼焦及造纸工业废水中的主要污染物之一、利用酚类化合物的紫外特徵吸收带和矩阵计算方法,为工业废水中酚类污染物的同时测定提供了一条新的途径。

Abstract:The ultraviolet spectrometric matrix analysis of multicomponent mixtures has been studied. considering the molecular interaction and the factors of deviation from the Beer′s law, a modified matrix incoporated with the calibration term of nonzero intercept is used. The method has been successfully used for the simultaneuos determination of phenol, guaiacol, p-cresol and o-cresol. Furthermore, the wave length selection and the error of the matrix calculation are discussed. phenol and its homologues are pollutants of industrial waste water. According to the ultraviolet characteristic absorption band of phenols and matrix computing analysis, a new way to be simultaneously determinate in which phenols in waste water is proposed.
