Nb含量对FeZrNbB合金结构及晶化模式的影响

摘    要:采用机械合金化法制备Fe68Zr20-xNbxB12(x=0,5,10,15)合金粉末,利用XRD、SEM和DTA等测试手段对该合金系进行测试,研究Nb含量对FeZrNbB合金系的结构及晶化模式的影响.结果表明:添加5at%的Nb元素抑制非晶合金的形成,Nb含量为10,15at%时,又促进了非晶合金的形成;随Nb含量的增加,颗粒尺寸先减小后增加;Nb含量的增加使晶化模式由一次晶化向共晶晶化转变.

Abstract:Fe68Zr20-xNbxB12( x = 0,5,10, 15) alloys prepared by mechanical alloying method were measured by XRD, SEM and DTA. Effects of Nb content on structure and crystallization mode of FeZrNbB alloys were investigated. The resuits showed that adding 5 at% Nb restrained the forming of amorphous alloy, but reversed when the addition of Nb were 10, 15 at%. Following the increase of Nb content, particle size minished in the beginning and then increased. Tne increase of Nb content made the crystallization mode from primary crystallization mode to polymorphous mode.
