人民币升值压力的原因及对策分析

目前人民币承受的升值压力主要来自发达国家的经济持续低速和我国现有的汇率制度及货币政策，人民币升值对我国贸易出口、外商投资、就业形势等将产生不利影响。鉴于此，我国应从降低出口退税率、适当放宽资金流出限制、改进人民币汇率形成机制等措施入手，化解人民币升值的压力。
