高温水中阻垢剂阻垢性能及影响因素

摘    要:采用静态法评价了高温(100℃)水中几种阻垢剂的阻垢性能及其影响因素。结果表明,阻垢剂2-膦酸丁烷-1,2,4-三羧酸(PBTCA)明显优于多元醇膦酸酯(PC-604)和羟基乙叉二膦酸(HEDP),HEDP与PBTCA复配明显优于与PC-604复配。HEDP与PBTCA复合配方对体系pH值、Ca2+和HCO-3浓度变化有一定适应性,且比PBTCA经济。

Abstract:The efficiency and effective factors of scale inhibitors in high temperature water were studied by static scale deposition test. The results showed that the efficiency of 2 phosphinic acid tetrane 1,2,4 tricarboxylic acid (PBTCA) was better than that of the hydroxyl ethylidene bis (2 ethylhexyl)phosphoric acid (HEDP) and the polybasic alcohol phosphonate ester (PC 604). The complex was more efficient when HEDP combined with PBTCA instead of PC 604. The complex of HEDP and PBTCA could be used in the system in which pH, [Ca 2+ ] and [HCO - 3] changed to some extent. The cost of complex of HEDP and PBTCA is cheaper than that of PBTCA under the same concentration.
