| 摘 要： | 作者根据皮辊特性与成纱质量的影响,认为皮辊的硬度与寿命、套差与结构、摩擦系数与缠绕性是综合反映皮辊特性而又较易测试的指标;并据此对国内外较优皮辊进行优选,又在不同牵伸型式细纱机上做对比试验。可为国内新型胶辊的研制提供依据。

| Abstract: | In this paper, according to the relationship between top roller properties and yarn quality, it is found that hardness and service life, clearance casing and structure, friction coefficient and lapping are items for showing the top roller properties and they are not difficult to measure. On the basis of above discussion, We select the better top roller at home and abroad, then carry out contrast test in ring spinning frames with different drafting sysbems. The results provide useful reference for developing new top tellers in our country. |
