| Abstract: | Based on the principle of thermodynamics, the authors have made much calculation of the thermal effect caused from oxidation and generation of monodrome alloys and slag. Analysis and comparision of the calculation results reveals four monodromes and four alloys that are promising exothemic compounds for stepping up the temperature of molten steel. |
