聚氯乙烯与固相法氯化聚乙烯以及线型 低密度聚乙烯共混物的动态力学性能

摘    要:采用动态力学分析法(DMA)研究了聚氯乙烯(PVC)与团相法氯化聚乙烯(CPE)的相容性以及PVC/CPE/LLDPE(线型低密度聚乙烯)共混体系的动态力学性能.实验结果表明,由低温-高温两步氯化制得的CPE与PVC组成的共混体系为一部分相容体系,两相之间存在一定的相互作用即链段相容性;由低温一步氯化法制得的CPE具有氯化区和未氯化区类似嵌段式结构,对PVC/LLDPE共混体系具有增容作用.

Abstract:Compatibility of PVC blends with solid state chiorinatal polyethylene(CPE)has ho studied by usingdynamic mechanical analysis(DMA). It is found that the CPE produced by two ~ step chlorination at low and high temprathe connins much more segments scalar to PVC than of or Prepe by one - step chiodriion at low telnperatme So.PVC/CPE(Produced by two - step solid chlorination at low and high tempelature)blend is a Partially compatible system.There is a ceylon intemetion, ie, segmented compatibity,between them.The CPE Prodwed by one - step chlorination at lowtemperature has similar to block structure of chlorinated and unchlorinated regions,and is an more effective cowibilierfor the PVC/LLDPE blend system than CPE Prepared by two - step chlorination at low and high temperatme.
