多电极对激光器电极形状及预电离结构的选择

摘    要:在多电极对激光器中,电极对形状直接影响到激光器的性能。现有的各种电极面型各有其利弊。该文分析了各种形状的电极面型的优缺点,给出了结构简单、对提高多光脉冲输出稳定性有利的电极形状。此外,为获得大体积均匀辉光放电和提高输出稳定性,选择出适宜于多电极对TEACO2;激光器中使用的预电离结构。这为正确选择TEACO2激光器中的电极形状及预电离结构提供了基础。

Abstract:n multi-pair electrodes laser,the electrode shape directly.affected laser's quality.At present,all sorts electrodes have advantages and disadvantages.In this paper, the advantages and shortcomings of all sorts of electrodes are analysed.The electrodeshape with simple structure and favorable to improve the steady multi-optical-phase output is presented.In addition,in order to obtain big volume.uniform glow discharge and improve the output stability,the pre-ionized structure is chosen which is suitable for applying to TEA CO_2 laser with multi-pair electrodes.These provide basis for people to choose correctly electrode shape and pre-ionized structure.
