| 摘 要： | 本文就热处理工艺对经孕育变质处理的中铬白口铁性能的影响进行了研究,发现二阶段热处理可使碳化物进一步孤立,细化。明显提高了白口铁的韧性,但对硬度影响不大。

| Abstract: | The effect of heat treatment on property of medium chromium castd iron which have been modified and inoculated were studied. Resulst showed that the network carbides in white iron as-casted were nodularized and refined after treatment of modification and inoclation. The carbides will be nodularized further by heat treatment, and therefore, the impact toughness of the white iron wass improve obviously. But it wasnno obvious effect on the hardness. |
