| 摘 要： | 在对原有建筑加层改造时，新增加的层数一般是取决于原有建筑的基础及结构构件。这样常常不能完全满足建筑功能的需要。本文以九江职业技术学院实验楼为例，简单介绍以外套框架的方式，对原有建筑进行加层改造。突破传统的加层改造方法，从而充分地满足了建筑功能的要求。

| Abstract: | Taking the lab building of Jiujiang Vocational & Technical College as an example,the paper introduces briefly the storey-adding on the original building in the form of overcoat frame,which breaks through the traditional method of storey-adding and meets the need of construction function. |
