Ⅱ型曲柄摇杆机构综合的解析法

摘    要:本文根据Ⅱ型曲柄摇杆机构在两极限位置时的几何关系,建立了各构件长度尺寸之间的参数方程,推导出了其六种不同已知条件下的解析综合公式;进而给出了两类曲柄摇杆机构在运动、尺寸及动力性能(最小传动角的位置及计算公式)方面的五个差别。这不仅有效地克服了图解法的缺陷,而且完善了曲柄摇杆机构的解析综合法,并为两类机构的选型设计提供了理论依据。

Abstract:According to the geometry relations between the two limited positions, the paper established the length of every member, derived their six diffferent kinds of computation and analysed synthetic formulas under the known conditions and, furthermore, explained the five differences in mechanisms in the movement, sizes, and functions of power(the position of the minimum transition and its formulas). This not only overcame the shortcomings in graphical solutions effectively but also perfected the synthetic methods in computation and analysis methods of the crank-rocker members and provided the theory basis for the selection of the type design of mechanisms.
