固定化降酚细菌及应用研究

摘    要:以PVA-海藻酸钠为载体对降酚细菌进行固定化,用于去除工业废水中的酚.研究结果表明,当进水酚含量为422 mg/L,固定化细胞的酚去除率可达到83.6%,比游离菌的去除率高29.4%,有较好的工业应用价值.

Abstract:It is reported that phenol in wastewater can be removed after the treatment with immobilized phenol-degrading bacterium usin ches 83.6% by using immobiliz bacterium. So it has an excellent g PVA-alginate gel. Results show that the phenol-removing efficiency rea- ed phenol-degrading bacterium, which is 29.4% higher than that of free value in industrial application.
