基于Memetic算法的集装箱码头泊位应急调度策略

摘    要:针对集装箱码头因船舶压港产生的应急调度问题,提出一种基于Memetic算法的泊位应急调度策略.首先,通过人机交互方式确定一系列不同长度的恢复时间;其次,在每段恢复时间内采用Memetic算法对相应船舶集合进行重调度,以实现甩港船舶数最少的优化目标;最后,通过综合分析恢复时间和优化结果确定最终方案.试验结果表明,该优化策略可使集装箱码头在尽量完成船舶作业的同时,以最快速度恢复到正常生产秩序,可供集装箱码头应急决策时参考.
