| 摘 要： | 建立以货主和货代为代表的完全信息静态博弈模型.结果显示,货主、船东等建立委托代理关系,配以适当的监管机制,可以更加有效地降低风险.应用贝叶斯法则和效用理论,建立不完全信息动态博弈,主要分析船公司风险,旨在为相关企业进行风险分析提供参考.

| Abstract: | Complete information static game model represented by cargo owner and forwarder was established.Results show that the risk can be decreased effectively by establishing principal-agent relationship between cargo owner,shipowner,etc,while matching with appropriate supervision mechanism. In addition,dynamic games with incomplete information was established by using Beyes rule and utility theory to mainly analyze the risk of ship company,which aims to provide reference for related enterprises. |
