Abstract:A review of the advances of determination technique of cadmium in foods in china in recent years was presented.The techniques include flame atomic absorption spectrometry,graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry,cold vapor atomic absorption spectrometry,hydride generation atomic fluorescence spectrometry,spectrophotometry,polarography,and anodic stripping voltammetry etc.
