| Abstract: | Both direct immunofluorescence staining(DIF)of skin biopsy and indirect immunofluorescence test (IIF)of serum offered valuable adjuncts to clinical and histological diagnosis in two patients with epidermolysis bullosa acquisita(EBA).DIF of the lesions of two cases and four different sites of skin of one case revealed linear labelling of basement membrane zone(BMZ)with IgG and C_3.IgG IIF of two cases were performed on the substrates using 1 mol/L NaCl to separate human skin through the lumina lucida.The results of IIF of EBA demonstrated dermal pattern of linear IgG immunofluorescence zone,and the titers of sera were 1:20. |
