| 摘 要： | 结合温州南塘河大桥的设计和施工，讨论了下承式钢管混凝土无风撑系杆拱桥的设计与施工方面应注意的问题．分析了吊杆张拉力的确定方法，并对该桥型的设计与施工提出了建议。

| Abstract: | Combining the designing and construction of the Nantang River bridge in Wenzhou, the paper puts forward a few attentive problems about the designing and construction of the below model without wind spacing tied-arch bridge, analyses the method to decide the tension in suspenders, and offers some suggestion for the designing and construction of this kind of bridge. |
