| Abstract: | The paper presents the meaning of the chemical new course ideas and puts forward the quality structure that the chemistry teachers in middle school should possess.It emphasizes that the chemistry teachers should renew educative concept,identify with the education for all-round development,intensify occupational morality,build up the idea of study for life and enhance their capability of teaching and scientific research. |
