基于离散元法的表面形貌相互作用研究

摘    要:针对摩擦过程中的表面形貌相互作用问题,文章基于离散元原理,并利用该原理的一种应用程序——颗粒流程序(PFC程序),直观地对表面形貌相互作用进行模拟;模拟结果表明在刚性光滑平面与理想粗糙表面相互作用之后,粗糙度变小,表面结构也发生较大变化;并且随着2个接触表面法向接近量的增大,粗糙表面的脱落颗粒数增加,磨损程度加剧。

Abstract:The interaction of the surface topography during friction process is studied based on the principle of discrete element method.The Particle Flow Code program (PFC program) is employed to simulate the interaction of surface topography.Simulation results show that after the interaction between rigid smooth plane and the ideal rough surfaces,the roughness becomes smaller,the surface structure also changes.As the two contact surfaces in the normal approach increase,the number of detached particles increase,and the increasing of wear occurs.
