上海市中学传统体育课和现体育与健康课的比较研究

研究人员对上海市部分中学体育与健康课实施情况的研究中,分别运用了文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法、逻辑分析法和传统的体育课进行认真比较,通过比较发现传统体育课和现在体育与健康课的不同。当今的体育课再也不是像原来那样只是为了上课而上课,在上好体育课的同时必须充分发挥体育课的功能,使学生的身心都能最大限度地得到发展。

The Comparison and Research on the Tradition Physical Education and Pphysical and Health Education in Part of Middle School in Shanghai

In the process of researching of the present physical and health education condition in some middle schools in Shanghai,we used the method of questionnaire,the documents and materials and investigation analytic approach,and compared with tradition physical education.Through such comparisons,we discovered the differences between the tradition physical education and the present physical and health education.The present physical education differs from the old one of just only giving a lesson,and it should give a lesson as fine as playing function of physical education,and lead the students of sufficient development in both body and mind.
