| 摘 要： | 曾国藩能赢得镇压太平天国的最后胜利,一定程度上得益于其善于协调与同僚的关系。但由于政治思想和集团利益不同,也存在一些与曾国藩有矛盾且对峙的官员,曾国藩采取多种手段,妥善处理和他们之间的关系。

| Abstract: | Zeng Guo-fan could suppress Taiping Heavenly Kingdom,because he did well in harmonizing relationship with his colleagues.But,there were many officials who had contradictions with him,for they had different political thinking and group benefits,Zeng Guo-fan adopted different measures to deal with the relationships with them. |
